Then it would take time for them to deliver since youre far from Manila, I dont think it will take 3-5 days for you.

The email will say:

Dear _____

Your document(s) have been collected from the US Embassy/Consulate

The passport number being returned is EB______ and the airway bill for tracking is A1_______

You have chosen to have your documents delivered to the following location:

*address*

but the text will only say:

Passport number EB______ ay maaari ng kuhanin.

Don’t worry about the text though. Even if it says its for pickup the email will say it will be delivered.

yeah i know it will be deliver 1-2 weeks probably. the only thing i am confused about is if they will wait for the k2 status to be 'issued' or are they sending my passport now. ty for the info

yes i live far from manila that's why it should take a week or two. if within manila it’s only 3-5 days. I’ve had it delivered and i even verified my address. When i check on 2go, my passport number, case number, and UID is “invalid” which tells me that they don’t have it. when i check ustraveldocs, it says “no available status”. when i check ceac, it only says “ready”

Did yours switch to non immigrant already?

Yes it did, I just checked it earlier on non-immigrant using the DS-160 number then it shows “administrative processing”. Under it on the left side it says Case created: june 6, 2018 then Case last updated: june 6 too. does it really mean it just changed to administrative processing just today? Is it possible to get denied?

I guess it just turned to AP today, they said everyone undergoes AP so don't worry ;) you'll be issued soon hopefully!

I just had my interview this morning and the CO said that we are approved. Yay! But im worried.@Greenbaum Its still possible that we will get a 221g, ryt?

My birth certificate spells my name with a wrong middle initial (ex Juana C. Juana instead of my full name Juana dela Cruz Juana). I actually attached a notarized letter that both names belong to the same person. CO initially told me he will need an AKA for my NBI and Cenomar.Went on to explain that in the 80s they drop the dela, de and del for all the spanish sounding surnames and pick up the 2nd word of the name when they use it as initials.

CO proceeded with the interview then told me in the end that i was approved. He didnt mention anything about providing additional docs, he jst said I have to wait 5-10 days. You think Ill be under 221g?

Thanks for ur unending support.

It could go two ways, they put you under a 221(g) and you have to resubmit a NBI with all aka's searched or they are satisfied with the documents you supplied. They see a lot of applicants and all kinds of situations with BC's, NBI's and CENOMAR's so your case is not something they have not seen. As you are well aware, the Philippines has not done especially fine job of record keeping. You'll get an email in a day or so if indeed you have gotten a 221(g). So watch your email and also check your "spam" folder as I have seen emails from USEM fall in there. Just a little more patience is needed at this step. If you get 221(g) it will be a delay of about 2 more weeks. BTW Congratulations :dancing:

National Bureau of Investigation. Its existence is similar to the FBI here in the states.
