OmG! I can imaging ! J is coming to pick me up by 26 June and then we will travel the Europe little bit before heading to US soil

That sounds amazing!  A little “pre-honeymoon” honeymoon.  You must be anxiously counting down the days girl because I know I was!  Lol  And I’m sure you’ll be approved just fine but I do know the anxiety that comes with it.  We were sure we’d be approved too but a part of us still worried as we decided my fiancé would turn in his resignation before our interview date.  He needed to give 30 day notice and we didn’t want to wait that long after the interview for him to come home.  I know it’s strongly discouraged and totally advised against but we took a chance and thankfully everything worked out fine.  I’m sure it’ll work out fine for you too.  He’ll be there in less than 2 weeks and it’ll be here before you know it!  Almost there!

awe thank you for your soothe words we just want this process done and open a new page ...i.e. EAD, AP, GC and another long waits, another NOA1 NOA2 xD hahaha but at least we will wait for it together and no more 100000 miles apart hahaha

Good morning 

So what happens in a situation such as mines? I received an email from NVCResearch that they do not have record of receiving my petition 😣😔🤤 I am so frustrated with this ordeal.

SO on the 5th of June i had my interview and it went smoothly. I had my medical but due to timing the medical wasn’t sent out till the 6th of June ( I’m sure it’s arrived at the embassy now) it was approved and they kept my passport, she told me once the medical arrived it would be processed and sent out with 1-2 week plus the 2 day delivery.. I randomly checked the status of my visa and it says “administrative processing” and I’m very confused and don’t know if I should be worried by this since it says “several weeks” and all my google searches aren’t really helping so I figured I’d ask people who know what they’re talking about ahah.

Aww, thank you so much!  That’s very sweet.  I honestly can’t remeber the last time I was so excited for the weekend to be over and for Monday to come!  Lol

Thanks so much Lucy!  I can’t believe today is finally here!  After everything we’ve all been through, it really is surreal to have my love coming here to stay.  I don’t even think I’ve really fully processed that yet.  It will be so nice to just settle down and get into our own little routine after this, even the dishwashing part you mentioned.    Lol

After being told last week that we may not get an interview date until August I got a call this morning to say they have a cancellation for TOMORROW!!

So I'm all set for my interview in the morning, double checking all my documents now. Cannot believe it!! I'm ECSTATIC!!!!

They are going to work with USCIS to locate your record. If they can find it then the process continues where it was left off. Otherwise if they can't find it then chances are they will ask for you to submit another copy. I think they will find it. I doubt they permanently lose applications but they get missed placed on someone's desk. Stay strong. This will soon pass and you will be working on preparation for the interview.

Thank you very much! I keep strong everytime you post something positive because at times I just want to give up.. Its a field of mixed emotions but I will not give up on my fiance.. We have such a strong relationship! Its been a year with this process smh..  We need more supporters like you! Sending many blessings your way.. 🤗😊
