Currently my i601a packet has been lost between USCIS and NVC. What can I do?!

 

NVC says they won’t close my case until they get it, and USCIS insists it was sent to NVC back in February when they approved it. I have no idea what to do and I’m honestly really angry

USCIS must have a copy of the approval in their records. Just ask uscis to resend it to NVC. To me , it sounds simple. 

You would think so. USCIS told my husband that they won’t send anything else to NVC until we find out what happened....
