Hey guys! USCIS got my I 751 (same sex/divorce waiver) on January 23rd of 2018 in Vermont cervice center, nothing happened since that besides the 18 month extension and me getting the biometric which I have done on March 5th, so last week on Jun 20th I got an update states that my case was transferred to the lees summit missouri national benefits center, so I'm waiting now. God bless us all!

Hi,

I have the same situation. But my case is little different. I filed a divorce within 2 years of conditional green card and filed i-751 in Dec-2016. My case was in VSC and received RFE in Jan-18. Replied back in Feb-18. Now I received notice saying that my case is moved to NBC at Lee's Summit, MO in April-28. Since then no update from USCIS. If I check online, it says my case has been moved to local office. Would anyone help me to understand how things are working with i-751 related to location and time?

Hey! Any updates about your divorce waiver? I'm totally same situation as you

Hey, I have a similar issue. We did the naturalization interview and were approved (provisionally, with a few clarifications to update their files), but  they discovered that our 751 had been sitting untouched since March 2018 (we filed it in November 2017). They said in our local office that they would request it to be sent to them. And then it was sent to Missouri, which was a stunner. Is this a bad thing? Has anybody had to do a ROC interview AFTER having done the naturalization interview? Is this now some kind of formality?

Hi!

Your spreadsheet is very informative. We are August 2019 filers for our I-751. We were originally assigned to SRC (Texas) and simply prepared to settle down for a long wait at SRC. Surprisingly, our case was transferred to MSC last week, less than 3 weeks after submission. I'm intrigued about a transfer to MSC so early in the process. Are all listings on your spreadsheet original MSC assignments or do you have transfers too? Thanks in advance for your time!

There are some transfers there.  I'm not sure which ones...

Hi, I filed my I-751 in Dec, 2018 and it's still pending. It was sent to the MO office in May, 2019. Meanwhile, I filed my N-400 in Dec, 2018 and was scheduled to interview in NYC in Nov, 2019. At my interview I was told that they can interview me because I-751 is pending and they can't adjudicate I-751 because it's not in their office (its in MO). When opposed withdrawing my case, they recommended that they mark my case as No-Show so it can do into admin-closed status, hoping that in the meantime my I-751 gets approved. What's the best course of action now? Would a lawyer be able to help at this point? Or do I just have to wait? Thanks for your help.

Hello There,

I got notified that my case was transferred after my N400 I-751 combo interview. When I called the 1-800 USCIS number I found out that my application is in Lee's Summit Missouri. I 751 submitted on Dec 26, 2017. N400 filed on Feb 9th 2019. Combo interview on Dec 20, 2019. My I 751 got transferred to NBC Lee's Summit Missouri on  Dec 26, 2019. So far no updates on the N400. Has anyone had such an experience ? Please advise.

The officer told me I will getting Oath invite but no updates on the N400. I passed the N400 English and civics test and me and my wife interviewed for I 751

before the N400. Not sure what's going on...

Thank you.
