I don't kow when it was scanned. All I know i was told to provide an additional document which i did. How was i suppose to know the canned date?

its just the date whenever the received your last submitted docs. NVC has my case as well, wondering if my case will be completed soon. You should fill out your timeline, it helps other members a lot.

You are so right, I just called and was told case completed and will be sending me email to state that and will let me know when my visa interview will be.

What a relief! I remember so many stages of the spousal visa where the wording made it look like something had gone horribly wrong! I was always so glad to come here and find out (sometimes sooner, sometimes later) that whatever I read was just what was supposed to happen!

Figuring out that you have to pay the $120 for the I-864 does not require knowing anything except that you were asked to pay this fee.

And some people post under the wrong category, so it still helps to clarify before giving irrelevant or incorrect information.

It depends on your consulate. Some takes about a month, some more.

Your case is not complete until all fees are paid, ds-260 submitted, and AOS & IV Packages are sent in to the NVC if there is no checklist..However, you are almost there..Wishing you well on your journey..

Incorrect info: I read wrong, so if it says At NVC that means case completed, but as one VJ member said, verify tomorrow.
