Yes, there is a $120 fee per case for reviewing the Affidavit of Support (Forms I-864, I-864A, I-864W and/or I-864EZ) when the form(s) is (are) filed in the United States. There is only one fee charged, even if there are multiple financial sponsors associated with a single case. This fee is paid online at ceac.state.gov. The petitioner will need the NVC case number and Invoice Identification Number to log onto this site. See Immigrant Services - Other Fees.

No one will be able to give you a full, straight forward answer without knowing what visa this was for. As previous poster asked - please fill out your timeline, or give further details. $120 could be anything - if we know what visa you are referring to, we can provide information on the fees associated with that visa.

Yeah, figured that out since you posted under the IR-1/CR-1 Spousal Visa Process and Procedures.  Some people don't pay attention when replying.

Figuring out that you have to pay the $120 for the I-864 does not require knowing anything except that you were asked to pay this fee.

Note that after such payment was made for the past 3 weeks and all documents submitted, it has never disappear. For it to disappear is shows that there is an update on the case that is not presenlty show if not such information shouldn't have disappear.
