Dropping our attorney for NVC stage

I’m glad to hear that! My wife was told on the phone to NVC that the letter they need can be scanned and sent to asknvc@state.gov to avoid any snail mail hold-ups.

 

Be sure to include your USCIS case number in the email title and in your letter, which needs to show the petitioner and beneficiary’s names and dates of birth, explain that you’re dropping your attorney, include their name and contact details from your G-28, and nominate your new agent including their name and contact details.
