London: Proof of Vaccinations and Police Certificates

Hi, I am getting ready for my IR1 medical examination in London and I just want to make sure that these documents are acceptable as I am unsure of their adequacy.

Vaccination Records

The vaccination records I received from our local GP is a simple text document, that looks like it could have been created by anybody. It shows the names of our local NHS medical centre and GP. Are the details on this sufficient?

Police Certificate

We went through what we thought was the process on the ACRO site to receive our police certificate, but only received a letter stating that Police National Computer holds no data about me and that it does not constitute as Certificate of Good Character. Would somebody mind confirming whether or not we received the correct letter/certificate?

Thank you!

The vaccination print out is fine.

You have no record of Pertussis jab so may need that.

Tdap stands for Tetanus, diphtheria, and Pertussis. P is not for polio, as in the Revaxis shot you got.

You need a police report report from ACRO for your interview. You got a Subject Access Report. The medical people should be okay with the SAR.

Thanks Wuozopo. Really appreciate the response.

I have record of the Pertussis jab—in a more official-looking booklet—from when I lived in Portugal. I'll make sure to get the correct police certificate. I must have gone down the wrong worm hole on the ACRO site. Thanks again!

The police certificate comes much faster than the Subject Access Report.
