Because it can be hard to tell if someone is homeless and/or a drug addict. 

 

I mean that's the reason starbucks is changing thier policy. A manager thought a couple of "upstanding" black men were not paying customers.

It is NOT hard to tell either a homeless guy or a drug addict or someone begging for money that lives in a halfway house. Trust me where I lived at in CA we had a halfway houses running up and down Colorado Blvd in Pasadena and a City College to throw in there as well. So to say that Starbucks is busy is a understatement.

 

I know why they are changing their policy and what happened to those two men were wrong flat out. But you can seriously point out a homeless guy.
