I sent in my completed I-751 packet on the 12/04/2018 and have still not received my letter of action nor has my cheque been cashed. I sent it certified mail and my return reciept came stamped with CSC (California Service center i'm guessing) and the date April 12/2018.

According to the tracking numbers it was delivered on the 13th of April and the receipt delivered back to me on the 17th of April.

I tried calling USCIS last week but they said since it was right at 30 days since my application was received that I should give it another week.  I'm going to call them tomorrow and get more information from them but I guess i'm just really nervous now and want to know if anyone else has had it take this long.

It's weird to me that the stamp says CSC april 12th 2018 when according to the tracking number it was delivered on the 13th but as I've learned dealing with the government thus far, its perfectly possible an employee just forgot to update the date on their stamp. My green card has since expired and although I know that doesn't mean my status is gone, i am getting worried that it's taking so long for them to even cash my cheque. If they just somehow lost it am i pooched even though I did everything right and had it sent in on time?

CSC currently has a waiting time up to 60 days at the moment. No one's check has been cashed since the 16th, only a handful of people have had their check cashed and it was because CSC received it on like the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd.

Check out that thread. There are A LOT of people in the same boat as you.

Thanks for the info. I really hope that's all it is, them being slow. I called them this morning and gave them all my info and they said there's no record of an i-751 from me in any system...despite the fact that I know it was delivered based on the return receipt being stamped in blank ink with CSC and the date.

I reallllllllly hope I don't have to re-submit.
