I believe since he has his 2 year GC he could leave anytime he wants

Not exactly, he would have to prove that she did something so that he can apply to remove the conditions on his own. Unless she signs the removal of conditions or he has a really good reason to be able to do it on his own there's no way. Specially now when they are trying to cut legal immigration in half

This is not entirely correct. He can do ROC with a divorce waiver and this does not mean that she had to have done something wrong.

Only if he wanted to do it via VAWA he would have to prove domestic violence/abuse.

The ROC process is not the USC process, it’s the Immigrant’s process.

Yes, however with them now checking peoples social media and so on, do you really think that clip wouldn't come up? along with many more...USCIS accepts that not all marriages work out, however, it does not seem like Pedro entered the marriage in good faith. in my opinion at least

They have been married like 3 or 4 years now, if he was her for a GC he would of been long gone and divorced years ago.

Chantel’s crazy family probably would be all that is needed for a divorce waiver. 😀

Nicole must be dumb as a box of rocks.  She can't face reality.  I suspect she is very lonely or just needs someone to talk to her for a "relationship" even if Azan is just a scammer.

It hard to feel sorry for her, so is in so much denial about the relationship.  She has become a pathetic and lives in a life of delusion.

I think TLC has played out the Nicole and Azan story line enough. But of course Nicole will continue to receive money from TLC while she is filming the show, so it's a win for her. Previews for the Tell All sunday night, show Azan on camera basically refusing to answer any questions, and Nicole saying she trusts and believes him 😶

Yes, their storyline is so milked out by now! It’s no fun to watch anymore, I have a limited concentration span when watching train wrecks by now..

I think the drama in all the storylines is getting way over the top, it seems that the ‘reality’ part is getting less and the scripted drama is getting more (as expected..) Surreality really 😄

I don't remember Darcey filing the K1 for Jesse, I don't think their visa journey got that far. Maybe someone else remembers?

Jesse was from Netherland or some other country where he could come to the USA freely, remember him coming and going a few times, and coming back to break up.

USCIS doesn't get suspicious when a person does multiply K1's, there is no limit on how many K1's you can file, the last few years if you do a previous K1 within two year then you get a waiver, but that's pretty easy to get approved as well.

Why did her say her south Korea if he did not go there? Why South Korea exactly, thank you

Because Moroccans don’t need a visa to go to South Korea as a tourist. She bought the ticket or sent the money to him for the ticket. He was supposed to arrive a few days before her (why? Sightseeing on his own???) but that was just to make sure she didn’t arrive at the airport before him because then he couldn’t use his “sent back” story. He will do anything he can to avoid spending time with her. He even invents family emergencies.

Who is? Do you have a government-owned source for this?

We only see what TLC decides to show us. Many of the cast members have said that scenes were staged. Fortunately for Pedro, USCIS has a more effective way of deciding whether a marriage was entered into in good faith than watching TLC episodes.

Are there news about Angela and Michael from Nigeria?

I remember last time Angela insulted Michael on TV, and did she file for K-1 visa?

Thank you
