He has everything he owns with him, MULTIPLE suitcases. In a new country that, according to BOTH of them, is not the safest place to be. SHOW UP AT THE DANG AIRPORT. All of that other stuff aside - not showing up when your partner gets to town, PERMANENTLY, just really illustrates your lack of enthusiasm about them being there. I was at the airport an hour early when Paul came home for good. I wanted a good parking spot. A front row seat at the baggage claim. I did NOT want to be late. I wanted to be standing right there when he walked out. That's such a huge milestone for LDR couples. It just blew my mind how much she didn't care. And had the nerve to say things like "You're a big boy, figure it out" when he was clearly disappointed by it. I get it, he is a grown man. But he's also YOUR man. Which, of course, based off her new comments they aired when she was with her friends... I'm now trying to figure out how they even got here to begin with. She couldn't care less about him or being with him indefinitely, let alone marrying him. We watched that last episode and my husband just said, "If I did not know for sure you and I were going to get married, I never would have ended my life in Sweden to come here." And I would not have done it, myself.

Yes! The Ecuador girl who wouldn’t even come to the airport. What a horrible thing to do. I get that he’s s grown man, etc. But it’s just a courtesy that if anyone travels thousands of miles to you that you at least pick them up from the airport. I’d like to see her get from PDX to Mill A, WA by herself with three large bags! Once he’s there, sure you can see if he can go to the store by himself and ask for certain items in Spanish and work out the money himself. But not picking up from the airport isn’t testing his independence, it’s rude and lazy on her part.

Ashley is a vindictive witch.  She could have let things go but she wanted to punish him.  Just like when she found he that he cheated.  She kept calling him over and over for some strange reason.

Ashley reminds me of a stalker type. I read something that she threw a fire extinguisher through a window where Jay was staying. But wasn't charged.

She is no angel, She reminds me of white trash and her ho ho friends she went out on the town with look like bar flies.

 

I suspect she pulls the woman card when the police show and plays the 'Victim"

Right! There are so many other ways to "test him". Her excuse for not showing up was lame, and she probably just didn't want to be bothered with it. It drives me crazy. When I visited Sweden for the first time, my now-husband let me try and figure out some things on my own a few times - granted, Sweden is a much different scenario than Ecuador, and a lot of people speak English, but still. I wanted to adapt and immerse myself as much as possible (for a while we weren't sure if we'd end up settling down here or there, at the time). BUT he DEFINITELY showed up at the airport to get me! My Lord! I would never do that to him. Even if he ever goes home to visit without me and is coming back here solo, I am getting him at the airport. Even if he's lived here for 10 years by then. It's just what you do, unless there's some extenuating circumstance.

Ugh. I cannot stand her. I don't even care that she was cheated on anymore, at this point - it's almost become invalidated by her own erratic behavior. I thought the same thing, when she found out what happened at the barber shop - in one breath, she's saying she's done with him and he's going back to Jamaica, but then would NOT STOP calling him! And then when she did get him on the phone, she wasn't letting him speak and just repeated things she'd already said. She just wants the attention, I think. She craves it. She's so surprised? She knew his reputation back in Jamaica. and she was quick to go on a date - I'm sorry, it was definitely a date - with her ex boyfriend, asking about his love life and if he was going on vacation alone. I'm not saying anyone deserves to be cheated on - if Jay couldn't leave that lifestyle behind, he shouldn't have gotten married - but she is not innocent, either. Everything is a show for her.

Did anyone see Colt sucking down a 1/4 bottle of Jack Daniels like it was ice tea. No wonder he walks around acting like a person with no emotions, Maybe he stays medicated at all times.

Ashley is hurt.  That is why she's lashing out, repeatedly calling him, and yelling.  She spent alot of time and money forcing this marriage.  She's upset with him.  She's upset with herself.  She's at a loss of what to do.  He was way too young and not ready to be tied down in a committed relationship.  I feel bad for both of them.

I almost died when i saw him guzzling that JD!!!! ha ha I missed it during the episode, but saw it on Pillow Talk. The reactions of the cast members on Pillow Talk were so funny! Then he puts the empty bottle back in the cabinet!!! Then on the trailer for next week, when he tells Larissa, he's going to divorce her, he looks all glassy eyed and buzzed lol

seemed scripted to me.  it was probably Snapple Peach Iced Tea.  Him being a wussy and all (per Larissa's own words several times).
