Wow... TLC is really stretching the Tom and Darcey goodbye.    Never saw more airtime about the possibility of nothing.

 

Lisa talking to Usman the way she does she must think that she's a catch or something.  The only think she is a means to an end.  Nothing more, nothing less.  She treats him like #######. I feel bad for the guy, at some point maybe it won't be worth it to come to America.

 

Avery was so angry about the seminar she attended, then caught him in 2 flat out lies (his divorce date and the fact that his ex doesn't want the kid to come to the US), and she is still considering moving forward with that relationship.  Now they're considering Ash living part time in US/part-time in Australia?  What kind of visa is that? LOL      And what's with those skinny jeans Ash? 

 

The fat no-neck midget treated Rose so badly and is surprised that she left.  That's not over yet.  TLC doesn't give up that easily, there's always a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th chance.

 

What was the point in Stephanie asking Erica to drive 3 hours to meet her to try to salvage the relationship and then when they actually met, she made no attempt to do so.  That chick is weird as hell.  Many issues.  This whole thing was some kind of publicity stunt for her instagram?  BTW- Erica has the coolest parents ever.

 

The guy that went to Russia is a special kind of stupid.  He can't understand why a woman he met for the first time didn't accept his marriage proposal after knowing him for a week?  And she didn't say NO like he has been telling everybody, she said that she's not ready yet, it's too early.  But the weirdo just heard no.  I think he thought it would be YES so he was shocked and didn't actually hear what she said.  Now, he comes back to the US and is trying to pretend like he's moved on.  He went out with his "friend" Mary and basically asked her if she would like to eventually marry him or just be friends.  He's desperate for a wife.  First come, first served.

 

And now Varya arrived in Tennessee to visit him?  This ought to be interesting. They will probably not actually meet for 3 episodes.

TLC must require all participants to sign a release of liability on so many fronts,  this Woman has deep emotional issues and it's sad to see TLC exploit her.

I admire the guy, I don't think I could kiss Grandma and tolerate her foul mouth BS for an entire year, that takes a special kind of guy to do that.. He will do anything for a green card and she knows it, take the Green card out of the equation and they never would have met.

I went from not liking him to despising him.. Ed is one of those guys who cant see his faults, he thinks that lying is acceptable behavior, that doesn't work when you're trying to build on a new relationship AND in a Country with a completely different culture.  Aside from his appearance, Rose overlooked A LOT with this guy, their's only so much a Woman can take..  I don't see them getting back at all, Marriage is forever with her and she knows she cant spend the rest of her life with someone like that.

Well said!..  I like Varya, she's genuinely a good person, sadly she's not that bright when choosing men.. Theirs a pattern with Geoffrey, he got pissed off the very first day in Russia when she said she wouldn't stay at his hotel the first night,  he doesn't try at all to look at where she's coming from, instead he feels rejected and runs off crying like a 8 year old. As for Varya flying to the US to see him, you know that TLC put that together,  why would any Woman chase a guy who gave up on them so easily and put so little effort into the relationship? If he truly loved her (which he doesn't) he would give her the time she wants and make plans on returning.

 

And David, he's truly an idiot.. I like the part when they met, where they both stood outside in the cold and couldn't say one word to each other LOL,  Gotta love that Chemestry!  She's remains a scammer, she's using him solely for monetary value and nothing else,  Once she's exhausted all means of sucking more money out of him, she'll use any excuse to dump him.

We wait 30 minutes and start watching via the DVR, skipping most commercials.  Mary saw the promo and  looked at me and said "Tell me you DIDN'T record that, I'm not watching"

90 Day Fiance is looking more and more like the Jerry Springer show,  eventually viewers will get bored of it and tune out, it's only a matter of time.

 

As for Jessie and Tom, they were only in it for the publicity IMO, two media whores who don't care who they hurt in the process.

I thought Geoffrey was a pretty decent guy. Usually I would think by the meet in person stage, it was to decide if they would become engaged and do the 90 day Visa. She doesn't know if she wants him or not , but flys all the way to the USA unannounced to win him back?

 

That having been said, that makes me think the show is about 90% scripted. Who would travel 20+ hours to a strange country, to show up at a doorstep of someone that had broken off communications with you! Well except David and that's totally scripted absurdness.

TLC heavily edited this couple to give the appearance that she didn't exist, Notice that David not once said he spoke or saw her on video chat, and none of his friends or the producers asked, but of course they did ask, it just wasn't aired..You can create the story that you want by cherry picking clips and leaving out important details, it's not that difficult to do, CNN and MSNBC do it every day.

I thought in the first episode he said they have never spoken in person. He tried to call her once and she got scared/angry because of the language barrier or something
