if you are a convicted felon like Geoffrey, can you still sponsor someone for the K1 visa

With drug convictions, yes. Obviously “convicted felon” covers a broad range of crimes. My husband is a convicted felon. Others on here have spouses with felonies. Certain felonies (mostly AWA crimes) are a bar to K-1 petitions. But most crimes are not an automatic bar.

I think the restaurant worker/owner is part of the scam. I think the “Lanas” on the website get a cut from all the money the restaurant makes from champagne sales to the men who spend a few hours each day there waiting for their “Lana”.

I have seen this theory of the restaurant owner. I can't just wrap my head around it. Anyway, I'm waiting to see if it's true or not. Hopefully TLC will unearth Lana like they did Maria and Ceasar. And same to "Williams" with an S too. Hahah

Nonetheless, another guy sat solo next to the door for the whole purported 2 hours that David was there. Was he also waiting for his date? Or just set up by TLC. Hopefully, we find out.

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

David with the Ukrainian girlfriend, is not done I'm guessing.  He's not a quitter.    He even admitted that if she just writes him on the dating site, he will be back.  So he's planning to keep on logging in and paying for the site.  Total loser, he deserves everything that comes his way from this dude.

Mini-Ed is a complete liar, and hides a lot from her.  He gave her mouthwash and a toothbrush as a gift.  Oh and told he that she has really bad breath.  How romantic.

Lisa finally got the mom's approval, and now Usman is telling her that she's too controlling.  She didn't like that too much.  If he comes to the US, he will be like a servant, so his mother pretty much hit it right on the head.

Darcey rejected Tom when he came to visit her but I guarantee that she got the letter out of the trash and read it.  An she will be contacting him, only to get rejected AGAIN.  This woman is completely nuts.  She will never be able to hold on to a man.

Yolanda... like David they are really milking this one.  She is so desperate that she fell in love with a picture.  Like the Caesar character, it's probably mostly fake/made up.

Did anyone hear/read about the rumour that Stephanie isn't really bisexual and just went on this show to gain more of a following and boost her YouTube account?

Erika is just too good for her... I keep telling my husband that we should've applied for the show, although we are both boring and there wouldn't be enough drama... ho hum...

What did you think of Ash's "seminar"?  I have never heard such BS in my life and I was actually embarrassed for him.  If this is how he makes a living he is in trouble.

When I heard him saying what he saying, I thought you've got to be joking. Jesse had a captive audience with the nursing home people, lol these women knew what they were hearing and thought what's this B.S. from this male chauvinist pig.

What got me was when he said something about needing to find someone with opposite energy or something like that.  And one of the ladies said she and her partner were just alike and they were happy and compatible (I don't remember the exact words) and Ash said "no".

Yeah he was saying there's no way they could have had balance in their relationship. But the lady said well we did.

I'm glad Avery is seeing things with her eyes wide open. Instead of ignoring things.

For those that might have missed it Season 4 of 90 day "What now" is currently airing.  Best scene IMO was Steven telling his friends how his life isnt going to change when Olga + baby get to US. Apparently he is worried about Olga already having parenting routines and how they may not line up with his own ideas of parenting. And the whole a baby wont impact my life. I will just 'bring the baby with him when I go out to party!"!! LMAO. So yeah, hes going to be in for a rude awakening.

But poor Yolanda. Honestly people who dont understand the internet shouldnt be on it. Her kids need to change the internet password. And lets not forget her kids still think she is filming a show about weight loss- they dont know its actually called 90 day fiance.  David also needs to join her on the Dr Phil show it seems because he doesnt seem to understand paying someone per minute to talk to you (even after 7 years) is NOT a relationship.

Ash seemed like he never did a seminar before. While I can understand what he was trying to say- he was saying it all wrong! And for someone who claims their job is suppose to be helping people interact- well he seemed to struggle with interacting himself.

But what I find crazy is the two girls going cage shark diving or whatever that was. If your partner is afraid of water + sharks then that is a horrible activity to take them on! Is it me? The same thing happened with Tim and Jennifer. Oh hes afraid of heights? Wouldnt a swing across a gorge be fun! What is the appeal in taking someone on an activity they have a fear or phobia with??

This is where Ash plagiarized his “seminar” from

I agree, but when they don't learn and continue to believe the non-existent relationship is real, it's hard to sympathize, That' goes for David and also Caesar, all of whom were cat fished. David made a comment that I thought was very telling, before he boarded the plane to go home, he said that if she were to write him, it would start the relationship up again, that's now emotionally invested these people are, which explains why it's so hard to convince them their being scammed.

That came to my mind as well.. I'd seriously be asking to see his degree and certification.

You could make stuff up, like many of them seem to create drama for ratings!   Like, my husband loves meat and I am vegetarian.  Not a problem, I think it is actually useful as we don't eat eachother's favorite food.  But if we were on 90 Days  I am sure we'd have had a "fight" about him sneaking meat into my lunch or whether the wedding dinner should be veggie.

Wrong audience.  I live in the South, 10 minutes away from the Duggars of 20 Kids and Counting fame.  Plenty of women here believe what he said, but you aren't going to get that audience in metro Sidney.  I truly think most of what he makes his living with are women who are infatuated with him and pay for time with him- even over teleconference- for that reason.

I am sort of wondering if she is the "L" of TLC (The Learning Channel- how far they have strayed!).  As in, they are now doing reverse image search on Williams, and her kids keep talking about basic safety procedures when meeting someone online.  But really she is probably on it for fame- any exposure is good exposure.

I am beginning to really like the Syrian dentist and his young American wife.  I thought she was going through a "phase" of Islam when she first appeared on the show, but they both seem genuine.
