Anyone watched the little “what now?” snippets on the app? Latest one is the ever-crying Rachel and 60-fights Jon. 
 

Never have I heard so many inaccurate statements about the spousal visa process. I know TLC often misrepresents the visa requirements (“we have 90 days to decide if we want to get married”, “I’m on the hook for 10 years”, etc) but this was something else.

 

- Rachel said “with the spousal visa he will be a citizen as soon as he arrives, so he will be able to work”. No, he will be a permanent resident when he arrives. 
- Rachel said “so that’s why we chose a spousal visa”. No, you were already married so the spousal visa is the ONLY option.

- Rachel said “I’ve lost my job so if they look at our file tomorrow (they filed the I-130 last June but this was filmed around November time) then it’s an instant denial”. No, no, no, no. First of all, there are no financials sent with the I-130. Second, at the time she filed she had a job. USCIS has no way of knowing she has lost the job. They require previous years of tax returns. Not last week’s pay check. And it wouldn’t be an instant denial. If it was at the NVC stage it would be a joint sponsor needed, at embassy at most it would be a 221(g) for a joint sponsor but they are months away from that so plenty of time to get another job. His “instant denial” is more likely to come from his criminal record anyway, even if she were a billionaire there is no getting over the fact he is likely criminally inadmissible. But they were talking like the biggest issue they face is that she doesn’t have a job. 
- “If we are denied it’s $11,000 down the drain and we have to find another $11,000 to file again”. They even told his mother that the cost of the visa is $11k. They only need a lawyer for the waiver. Why they used a lawyer for the I-130 is a total mystery. And why they paid the whole lot at initial filing is also a mystery. And if this lawyer told them Jon would be a ”citizen immediately upon arrival”, had then send the I-864 with the I-130 and also did not tell them about joint sponsors (which London happily accepts - we had one) then the lawyer wasn’t worth 11 cents, let alone $11k.

 

And let’s remember how the lawyer told her to send the I-130. Looks like a pre-pubescent girl’s middle school diary.

IMO Usman isn't attractive. He's average at best. He's a sweet talker, that's why Baby Love fell for him

And as if all that’s not enough for Rachel and her fighting man, they are wanting to have another baby, even talking about IVF. Christ on a bike! She doesn’t have a job, he has little chance of getting a visa without a waiver process, not even living together yet but yeah! Let’s make babies! Even if it means IVF at a cost of $$$$! I have to say, having been through IVF without success and the visa process (fortunately with success!) there is no way she is mentally strong enough to cope with IVF. She can’t get through an episode without crying. I guess 2 x 2 wasn’t enough for her and she wants 3 x 3. Father’s Day will be interesting in that family with three kids buying gifts for three different men.

You know I used to feel bad for big Ed or tiny Ed because of him syndrome... But he has been down right callous to that girl... Coming on TV with no decency to say he had s** with her. He whines and complains about everything... He started the lies with his low self esteem and accused her of lying asking her to take an Std test... Has he looked at himself in the mirror lately?

I said this yesterday on Reddit as well. You knew months in advance before you were going and it looks like she made absolutely no effort to make herself look better at all. Also the part where they showed the cigarette butts in the glass was very distasteful to me.

She could have done something to make herself look better but she did nothing

Literally what all did he expect? She lives in Caloocan which is a working class city on the outskirts of Manila. He is lucky that she isn't living in Tondo or Las Pinas. My wife and I laughed at the whole shaving the legs part and how her father will sleep with them
