I agree that Darcy is irritating. I can't imagine anyone being able to live with her whining and her constant questioning for validation ("does my make up look nice?" etc). But instead of being reasonable and saying to her "look, this isn't working. It was nice knowing you" Jesse continues with his abuse. They both need help.

I think she's the type of woman that puts up with abuse for fear of being forever alone. She may think that if Jesse leaves her that she'll never find someone else which is why she puts up with him. That's what I get from her. She doesn't have any self esteem

They shouldn't blame TLC,  they are all the definition of desperate.  Bringing an engagement ring with you to your first meeting of your "girlfriend" whom you've never spent a single minute with (in Rickey's case, never even seen online) can be viewed as desperate.

Subject #1 spent 6 hours in a looney bin church with people rolling around on the floor, crying, screaming to God.  He cried at the airport when he saw her.

Subject #2 sent relatively large amount of money to at least 2 chicks he has never met.

Need I say more?

Your forgot to add that Ricky said he thinks that girl number 2 is in the relationship for all the wrong reasons but forgets that his dumb self came here for Melissa but Melissa looks like she's still in high school and curved him and so he fell back on girl number 2 and he has the audacity to say she's not in it for the right reasons.

That's true. But why Jesse continues with it is another matter.

Because abusers love feeling powerful. I'm sure he knows that she seeks his attention and he may act like he doesn't like it but he does. It's an ego boost for him. That's why he's always saying "I'm done I'm leaving." Because he knows she'll kiss he's feet just for him to stay but that one time she said she was was done he lost it because an abuser can't stand losing that power over someone. He's that type of guy that if you tell him he did something wrong he'll flip it on you and make it seem like you did something wrong not him.

Jesse is insane, she stepped accidentally on his white shoes and he snapped? He feels unsafe with her after a shoe accident and leaves how many times on one day with his suitcase? Put his sorry ### on the first plane back. Looks like Darcy brings him to the airport in the next episode, he would’ve gotten my middlefinger 😊

We didn't see the shoe incident so I don't know if she threw them at his head, pushed them across the floor, or what happened. But it bothers me some that he is being ridiculed (in particular on the Facebook group) for this when if a woman had claimed that a man had thrown shoes (or anything else at her) they would be fully supportive of her leaving and calling the police. I've seen people giving advice to call the police for far less serious stuff on the "effects of major changes" forum here. We have seen people wanting to divorce because the spouse checked their text messages and refused to help with the household chores. No one should have something thrown at them - man or woman. I know Jesse is an abuser but that's not the way to fight back. If Darcy really wanted him gone, there's a simpler, legal way to do that. I'm betting she paid for the Air BnB so she just needs to tell him to leave and if he doesn't, then call the police and have him removed. Throwing shoes is not the way to handle a disagreement. And if she feared for her own safety she should have left.

I just wonder what the comments would would have been if she claimed that he'd thrown something at her.

I wonder, cause TLC choose to show what they show, if there is actual footage off what happened in the shoe issues. They just show little parts.

If people are divorcing over things like this there is a way bigger issue laying  underneath....

anyway, I am glad there is no more toxic Jesse/Darcy ahead

I read Darcy and her sister got into a fight and police came out and arrested Darcy and her sister

Yes,  She is a violent psycho.

That's what happens when you pickle your brain with wine.

I think the issue about "shoe gate" is Jesse has already shown plenty of signs of emotional abuse. Had it been Micheal to be like "this crazy lady threw a shoe at me", I'd be like "Get out!" But Jesse is manipulative, abusive and narcissistic. This is just a new way to keep her under control.

I saw the preview for the show tonight.

Some new couple, the girl is a an exotic dancer and she has meet some Muslim guy from Algeria.

Algeria allows men to have up to 4 wives, I wonder what number she will be?

I also see Pole is wearing his cooling jacket, I miss the old crazy Pole.........

I am so sick of Rachel & Jon's "woe is me" speech.  Guess what Jon, when you have a criminal background there are consequences.  It's not "unfair" it's the way the world works.  Get over it and get a good lawyer.  Not one of those POS rent-a-lawyers they always have on the show that always know NOTHING about immigration.

Darcey, walk away already.  Geeze.

Paul is awful and Karine is immature.  Who would have thought getting married and having kids without speaking each other's language would be a bad idea?  I'm floored this isn't working out.🙄

Angela taking back her MAGA hat was the highlight of the night.  What a train wreck.

Marta & Daya, where do they find these people?  A little too much Islamaphobia from the mom too. "They'll kill her" really.. in Algeria?... 🤦‍♂️

Missed Tarik and Hazel this week!
