You don't understand things at all. I'm not asking uscis to help her get a Saudi passport.we Lready hit through that thing. Things are so different than u think. After she got our daughter deportation, the government issued her saudi passport and she is not allowed to stay in Saudi Arabia with our daughter anymore. Please read well what u see before saying something u r killing me with ur superficial answers. ####### is wrong with folk

Maybe because one moment you say no one has passport, then you say they both have passport. You change the details in each post and you didn't even start with all the details in your first post so yeah. You are being confusing.

Paid escorts/nannies are available to travel with babies and toddlers - as I wrote before, bring your daughter now and take care of her while your wife visa is in process.

Even airlines offer services where they will fly with unaccompanied minors.

Folding and pinning is just as easy. I volunteered in an orphanage in China for a year with no previous experience of childcare and I was changing 100 a day within 24 hours of arriving.

Some men are simply not capable of changing diapers.  Please read well what u see before saying something.  OP has said that he can't change diapers.

May be relevant if this is a physical or psychological issue.

OP, I seriously don‘t understand why you won‘t save your one year old daughter if they are threatened to be killed?

Get your daughter over to te US, which should be fairly easy with her being US citizen and having a US passport. There are airlines who offer to accompany a minor, or you fly somewhere where you can go pick her up!

Also, if it really is as bad as you describe, and they are being threatened to be killed, why isn‘t your first priority to have them in a safe place, a safe, third country?! Especially because they have a passport?!

So many people have been giving you advices but there is no way of expediting your case within only days!

Just get the money together for uscis 535 and petition her, because even if you‘re case would get an expedite, you need to have a file/case first no matter what you need to file something for it to be available to expedite!

Can't believe I read this while episode, or perhaps season.

OP is mad that he can't have the visa tomorrow. Nobody is dying and let's just leave him to figure out how system and child care works.

But she already has SSN valid for work only. She got it after she got graduated because she was planning to work, since she studied in medical field, she had to get SSN which is valid for work only for non citizens.

She can't use that. She needs work authorization (green card or EAD), not just an SSN.

Although this is a moot point since the K3 is not going to happen.

OP,  if your wife and kid are being deported, do you know where they are being deported to? They can't just put them on the next available plane to...nowhere?

Might be better to meet them somewhere (maybe Philippines, if they have a say on where they are being deported to?) to regroup and plan your next move (getting a US visa for your wife, since your child won't have any problems traveling to the US given that she is a USC)

Two-Step Adjustment of Status from B-2 Visitor's visa

03/21/17 - Sent I-485 (together with application for EAD and AP) packet to Chicago, IL Lockbox via FedEx

03/24/17 - Packet delivered

04/10/17 - Received Email/Text NOA1

How can your wife be deported to another country? They can't just randomly send her anywhere that she is not a citizen. Where are you saying they are sending her?
