I agree that Saudi Arabia is a way too extreme but there is nothing for the courts there to hear. Even if you are Muslim now, the marriage was entered outside of faith. They will never recognise it.

File for CR1, and attempt to expedite it. Noone can tell you for certain if you will be granted the expedite. We will just have to have faith in Allah for this.

You will need a lawyer for your daughter, who does not have a passport.

I'm sorry this happened to you and your wife. Know that there is no obstacle God gives without reason.

The biggest problem I still see is that she doesn't have access to her passport. No passport = no visa.

Regarding the money to file - OP, get a job. Drive for Uber. I don't think I've ever driven past a fast food place here that doesn't have a "we are hiring" sign outside. Sell your TV. Borrow from your friends or family. Collect cans. Deliver pizzas. Do what you have to do to get $535.

Timeline in brief:

My daughter got a deportation paper from saudi government. My daughter got her US passport but she needs to leave Saudi Arabia with her mother. Im not allowed to enter saudi arabia since our marriage is not recognizing. Saudi Arabia have no tourists visas. I can't get a visa to visit my family and take them back. I can't even go to the airport and get my daughter for so many reasons, one it's against the law a kid who is under 7 tears old to leave the airport without the mother, another reason I myself can't do this to my wife to go to Saudi Arabia just to take my daughter who I never met and leave her alone there wait for the visa. I can't even take care of my daughter alone. She is only one year old. Her mother loves her so much. I can't change baby diapers. I need my wife.

Plenty of single fathers, I'm sure you can do it. Save your daughter as she is the most vulnerable, then work on your wife's visa.

Immigration is a very slow process and under circumstances you described I think it will be much harder when your SO wont be able to assist in the process.

If you apply for a K3 it will be converted to an IR1.

All of this is under KSA law.

You can seek the US Government's help to get a US citizen out of KSA.

Getting your wife out of KSA under their guardianship laws is your problem.  Nothing the US Government or a US lawyer can do about that.

U need to read each post I put. She had no passport when I went to see her in Dubai. Now she got a new passport and she can travel with my daughter. Both wide and daughter have passport now. Saudi immigration issued her a passport as kind of deportation because the law in Saudi Arabia, if a Saudi woman marry a non saudi man without thier permission, the non saudi man is not allowed to enter saudi arabia, and the Saudi wife residency will be terminated. That's why she now got a Saudi passport to leave. Her country are deporting her and her daughter I will post links of some facts and regulations of the law of marriage in Saudi Arabia just give me seconds to gather them.

How are you going to overcome KSA's guardianship laws?

How are you going to get your wife's guardian to approve her having a passport?

How are you going to get your wife's guardian to allow her to travel outside of KSA?

Under KSA's laws, your marriage is void because she did not have her guardian's approval.  So, how are you going to overcome that?

If she can leave then do so asap.

She doesn't have a visa though.

Though if that would make them safer - they should move to some other country.

Her family who make sense came to visit me with tourist visas, but she could not cuz her oldest brother didn't want to give her passport.

So she has a different passport now?

Question about the child. You say she has "no papers", so how did she get a CRBA and a US passport? She must have a birth certificate that lists you as her father. They don't give out CRBAs to anyone who shows up at the embassy with a baby without official proof that the baby is the child of a USC.

I assume the US is unlikely at this moment.

SInce the wife has got a passport and is to be deported then Dubai would be a good option for the OP.

He needs to learn how to change diapers. It's not that hard.
