We received an RFE from USCIS for both the petitioners' and the joint sponsor's I864 forms. We submitted all the requested forms 7 days before the RFE deadline, however,
1) We just noticed that we made a mistake on my petitioners' 2016 total income. (we put $150 more than the actual IRS transcript shows) and for 2015 we put my wife's income from her w2, but we found out that she did not file for taxes in 2015 (her income was lower than $10,400) but we selected "YES" for the question 23.a on form I-864 "Have you filed a Federal income tax return for each of the three most recent tax years"
The deadline is due in 5 days, what should we do? Should we resend the requested documents again, or just the corrected I-864 with a cover letter explaining the situation?
Thanks in advance.
