Hi everyone....I'm in the process of filing for my kids but my question is what if the kids dad has never been in their lives and I don't know of their whereabouts....what's the next option?

Well, yes, that's how you complete the petition but given the title of this thread is "consent letter" not how to fill out the I-130 information about a child's parent, that is an insufficient and actually "off-topic" reply.

 

If you are unable to contact the other parent for consent for your child to immigrate to the US, then you will need a court order granting you full custody.  Check with a local family law attorney about this and make sure you tell them you plan to move to the US with your child.

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

 

Now a US citizen!

I am from the day they were born its sad to say but I have 2 absentee fathers don't know of their whereabouts and no info on where they are...me being here my mom takes care of them back home in jamaica

So your mom has physical custody right now.  Why were the children not petitioned at the same time as you out of curiosity?

regardless do you have court ordered proof of your custody of them?

At that time I didn't all the money to do all of us.....and I don't have court order because it didn't go to court stage because my son dad hasn't been in his life from his birth

You will need to find out what the law is in Jamaica. In some countries, if the father is not on the birth certificate then no consent or court orders are required to remove children from the country. But you will need to check what stance the Jamaican courts take on this matter.

Okay thanks for answering.  I agree with JFH.  You need to find out Jamaican law on the subject.
