filling out form I-751

I am filling out form I-751. Do I write "N/A" for all blank space and put "X" to NO? For example, I don't have a child - do I put all "N/A" to part 5 and select "No"  --- and same for part 9 and 10 ... all blank space with "N/A" ? BUT some questions like in part6 Q4 you only answer if Q3 is "yes" but my Q3 is "No" . Do I have the put "N/A" to all 4a 4b 4c in part 6?
