Hello Everyone, I'm sharing my experience of I-751, application, RFE (Request for Evidence) and Approval.

Here is how I approach my case with a lot mistakes that you might will learn from.

1. When I sent my Package of I-751, I didn't took it too seriously and send very brief documents?

(Make sure, send every possible documents you have, when send the I-751 Package)

here are some major most important once, there are more based on each case.

A. Open Joint Account and credit/loan together that is the major factor. (They Want to see Financial Mingling between both of you, and its one of the major thing, Send bank Statements, Do not just send bank summary, send monthly statements from start to end) (btw I sent summary, which was a mistake).

b. Have Utility Bills Together (Power bill, phone bill etc. (I didn't knew about having utility bill together will affect much so I didn't bother to get Joint utility bills together,
c. File Joint Tax- (Must Need to send IRS Transcript)

d. Joint Insurance- (1095-A or other proof of insurance)

e. Affidavit of Sworn from Friend, (Get it Notarized if Possible)
f. Pictures together, as much as possible on different occasions
g. House/apartment lease (This is also important because they want to see if you live together)
h. State ID/Driver Licence (to show you live together
i. W2 from you job, this one is important with IRS transcript ( I didn't sent W-2 because I though IRS transcript will be enough, but guess it's not.)
j. If you went on vacation, attached reservation/itinerary ( we had vacation together but didn't bother to attach itinerary when filed.
and other necessary documents based on your case.

After I file I-751. received a confirmation letter, also known as I-797, Notification that case is received. Afterwards, in next four months, received letter for fingerprints, got fingerprints done. After fingerprints, we received a letter of Extension, (1 year extension until case is processed). When Extension almost expired, we received the RFE (Request for Evidence).
If you received RFE, first of all don't worry, Its normal to received RFE and almost everyone receives it, (I think until case is processed, which usually takes 2-3 years so they send RFE to get the updated documents).

Here why I received RFE, I sent 1 month summary for 1 year, I know its stupid, didn't had any utility bills together, and didn't had loan together. But Here's how I approached RFE and sent all possible documents.

a. First of all read RFE properly and understand what they want and why?
b. Evaluate what you have and what you don't.
c. Gather what you have, Make sure every possible document.
d. If you don't have any documents, make sure to provide an explanation letter (I wasn't sure about letter, I worked with an attorney on this)

I have Attached the cover letter I sent , and how you should write the explanation letter and of course affidavit of sworn.
(ALL 3 DOCUMENTS ARE UNDER ONE WORD DOCUMENT)

One more suggestion will be to create case yourself, if you want a review, you can hire an attorney, which I usually I get from Fiverr app, its cheap and work out great for me. I paid $115 bucks for review of my case before submission and got good feedback from an attorney.

GOOD LUCK and feel free to drop a question and I will try to answer, also check attached document.

(Sorry for grammar/spelling mistakes)
