I was admitted into United states on 1st march 2018 on CR1 VISA. My passport was stamped and dated till march 2020. The immigration officer told me mu green card will arrive in my mail within SIX months.

Can someone tell me the exact time to expect the green card and when to file for removal of the conditions in my visa. Thank you

The officer is correct, green cards are taking 6 months to a year.

When you get your green card it will have an expiration date on it. You can apply for ROC no more than 90 days before that expiration date.
