The validity should be 6 months from issued date.

Exactly my thought. Medical exam was carried out on 18th of April and it will be 6 month in Oct 18,2018. What was your own reason? Please can you share?

Go online and under additional information state you were asked to return the visa and passport and they should provide a DHL shipping label for you to return.  I would ask in the additional information area could they email you and email the situation.

Maybe they sent you a visa packet that belongs to somebody else. It’s a do not open package so who knows maybe the packets got switched/wrong immigrant data sheet was attached. Best of luck!

Well, my names were boldly written on the packets. But hopefully it was the reason why I was contacted. I’m just worried. Will get to know soon. Thanks
