I have 2 birth certificate both have different name

Hi can someone help me in regards of my problem I have 2 birth certificates, my 1st name and birth place are not the same. And I’m using the 2nd one since I was a kid now PSA is not releasing the 2nd one anymore. They adviced me  to change the first name of my 1st birth cert cause that is the legal. Now it’s been 4 months and still not done. After that I have to apply for deletion of entry for my 2nd one. Can someone have similar problem with mine? Plsss help

Two birth certificates is a new one with me.

 

Did you do the name change at your local registry and they have not forwarded the updated information to PSA?

They said they forwarded it to psa already but still taking time. It’s been 4 months since I filed it

I did K1 about 10 years ago in PHilippines. Had the same issue. Father had filed a for a Birth Certificate and the mother filed for a BC, they were never married.

 

I hired an attorney and it took about 2 months to clear up the issue.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.
