Hello everyone,

I got this message from USCIS website yesterday " Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It
On May 15, 2018, the Post Office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC18XXXXXXX, because they could not deliver it. This could have a serious effect on your case. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice immediately. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

I filed with a lawyer and I called her about that message from USCIS and she told me that she will take care of it! and she raised an SR for address change and a copy of the notice. " USCIS: We'll review and process your request. expect a reply by June, 6th"

I'm really worried that will delay my case even more since I'm filing from Minnesota!!

I just want to know what that notice could be??

Here is my Timeline

Minneapolis, MN
3/29/18: Sent package
4/2/18: USCIS received package. PD 4/2/18
4/16/18: Received NOA in the mail
4/27/18: Bio appointment received in the mail
5/08/18: Bio done
5/15/18: "Notice Was Returned To USCIS Because The Post Office Could Not Deliver It"

Because Minnesota is known by it slow office.

You are not sending it to Minnesota at all. You have to first send it off to the National Office and then once they sign off on it then it will be sent to a local office for a approval or a interview.
