I saw the other thread about raising the fee on June 1 but I didn't see anything final about the fee raise. Does anyone know when the fee goes up, or if it will?

THe fee is definitely going up.. but it is not known when the final rule will be published or what the new fees will be...

There will be no fee increase until a certain period of time (typically 30 days) after the final rule is published in the Federal Register.. The final rule has not been published yet...

I-485 fee from $325 to $905, this is ridiculous I could just afford the $325, but would have to save for a few months to handle the proposed fee.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

But do not forget that the fee increase for AOS includes renewable interim benefits. You will never have to pay for EAD of AP and their subsequent renewals, if needed.
