I 864 Form affidavit of Support

I'm feeling form I 864 my affidavit support is a independent contractor we have the tax returns for 3 years but I'm confused what another document we need to add if  he don't have  W2? Thanks all.

If you are including tax return transcripts that you requested from the IRS website, you have everything you need, as the transcripts include all the information that was on the W-2s and any 1099s you sent when you filed your taxes.  If you are using a copy of the 1040 form itself, then you are required to include copies of any W-2s and 1099s you included with the 1040.
