Can my wife fill out the CR1 for me if she is moving in 4 months time

Hey guys quick question would like some help on this one my wife has filled out the CR1 for me and now she is moving in 4 months time to another state for a new job 

 

we we would like to know what would happen and if we would new to do anything about it?

nothing, once she's moved, she will file an AR-11 change of address online on the uscis website

 

as soon as she moves, so immigration has her current address

Yes, but also call the 800 number and verify the address gets changed, so she'll be sure to receive the approval notice  by mail.  She should also register for email updates.  There won't actually BE any updates except an approval notice in most cases but that's the update you want.
