I am almost ready to send my AOS packet out. Because I am filing with my 11 year old daughter, am I required to submit a copy of custody court papers or is that not necessary? Thanks

Did you read the I-485 instructions? Submit what the instructions tell you to submit.

Yes I submitted everything that it says, I just worry that they may ask for extra things later. Thanks Yodrak!

They may ask for other things later, if

- what you submitted didn't address the issues fully,

- raised more questions than it answered, or

- they lost it.
