Hey Everyone,

I have a question regarding what happens after an interview and they require more evidence, I'm asking this question behalf of my friend who is from Pakistan.

So long story, short he applied I-130 in Alaska, then moved to Georgia and now he lives in Texas, the issue arises after an interview where due to his culture he married his first cousin which is normal in Pakistan but not allowed in Texas, USA and consular said her husband have to change the state to have her wife come to the USA, now he changed the state, got lease, electric bill and ID change and sent to the embassy, but he said it's been month and a half he didn't heard any thing, and when he checks on CEAC.STATUS, it says its under administrative review.

Now when should he expect to get the response from them and do he need to provide any other proof that he lives in the different state?

I hope yall understand what the issue here.

Thanks in advance for yall kind help

Administrative review can take anywhere from days to several months. So they will just have to wait until the process is complete either good or bad.

Thanks for the response, on their website, it says 60 days, so I'm waiting until that period ends and call them? Anyway, do you think lease, ID, bills are enough proof of change of state/Domicile?
