Hi guys, so I have a question regarding the avividat of support evidence. Basically my fiances mother has agreed to be the co sponsor so she will take the full responsibility of supporting me. I’m aware she needs to give evidence of income (tax returns etc) but I’ve just been made aware my fiancé has to also fill out the form too. My question is does my fiancé also have to provide evidence of income with statements from work/bank as she will not be the main sponsor? Thank you!

Yes. Your fiance must provide the I-134 form and all available documents also. While your fiance's mother will be the co-sponsor and provide same items, your fiance is still the primary sponsor for you regardless of if she meets the requirements on her own or not.

Ok thank you, I would like to add my interview is in London, so I have heard things work quite different there.

Although things work differently the system is same. You may hear that primary sponsor does not need to provide as that was the consensus last year. However, and this is important, we actually had members send with 221g to provide these from the primary sponsor even though there was a co-sponsor. Which delayed their approval.

have everything ready, if they don’t ask that’s good. But if they ask you won’t have to wait extra days or weeks to gather and send it to the embassy while waiting with a 221g.

It is typical in London to only want one sponsor, the one who makes enough. If your fiancé does one, no need to go overboard with anything but maybe the most recent tax return. Skip the bank and employer. It won't count for anything since not enough income.
