Hello Visa Journey

I'm a US citizen living in the US and got married recently in Saudi Arabia and currently finishing up form I-130 and i have just a few standard questions to make sure i'm doing everything right. Well First, any question that has no answer should i leave blank or put N/A?  In reference to the package checklist, it says evidence of bonifide marriage, other than the marriage certificate, i don't have any other "documentation", as in shared finances, leases or ownership. should i include pictures of the wedding? or what would be a good option to put in place to prove the legitimacy of the marriage? i do have relatives that witnessed the wedding that will sign an affidavit as well, i just want to make sure i include as much as needed. And finally i know to send passport type photo with the package, if she is not in the US do i still have to supply one for her?

thank you in advance and if there is any advice anyone can give to a beginner like myself it would be much appreciated

The marriage certificate is all they need for evidence that the marriage itself was legal. They want evidence that it is bona fide - i.e. that it's not entered into for the purpose of evading immigration law. This is typically things like evidence of time spent physically together, photos, chats, call logs, emails, communication with family members, being beneficiaries for insurance or medical purposes, etc. Affidavits carry little to no weight.

No passport style photo is needed with the I-130 if the beneficiary is outside the US.

Passport size photo is required for both petitioner and beneficiary. 2 photos each.

Beneficiary passport style photo is not required for the I-130 if the beneficiary is abroad. This was changed last year.

You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition.

Good call.

I looked at the last page (12) checklist and it was listed there without the parenthesis. 👍🏼

Thank you for all the input, I'm pretty much done, but reviewing the checklist over and over i noticed its asking for a "full birth certificate" and i'm certain i only have the short one with the basic info on it. would that be okay or do i need to track down a full one? or is there another option?
