We are at the medical appointment for my husband. They are asking for the letter from the NVC with a barcode and letterhead.  His confirmation letter did not come with that.  Did anyone receive a letter with letterhead and barcode? Please help. They said we can’t do anything without it.

Did you receive it in an email?   It was an attachment to our email.  They hopefully can resend it via email if you can't find anything.  You may be able to pull it up online as well.

We called the NVC numerous times. They keep resending the email but not with an attachment. We were able to convince the doctor to see him and went by the embassy to ask if we will be able to enter. They said yes. So we are good to go. Thank you for the reply.

Congratulations!

My husband needed a new Police Report so we were there with enough time to receive that. It took 3 days. The medical exam with Dr. Elisa takes 2 days. One day for the labs. One day for the exam and you get your results then. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express booked through Expedia. Hope this helps!!!

Relax and enjoy the journey.

Que Dios les bendiga.

Hi, just have a question about the ( Folio Birth Certificate) I went to Archive Central Del Registro Nacional de Las Personas and they give me a short not Long document, and  is hand written since is from 1975. Is this the correct document? Does it need to be translated.  We are getting closed to received and answer on NOA1 and Im trying to get ready.

Thanks for your help

My husbands was handwritten as well. They have no problem with that. It seems like you have the correct document but you should find an example online to be sure.  Yes you need to get all documents translated.  I used rev.com.
