Hello all,

We received our NOA2 last week and are going to start calling NVC tomorrow for our case number. My question is do we need a physical document in order to have her physical with the doctor? or can she just do it after she receives the case number for NVC

We have all other documentation completed so we're just trying to get things done ASAP (both a bit anxious for her to arrive haha)

Side information: She is a Venezuelan cititzen with temp residency in Brazil

In some countries you don’t need physical evidence of NVC number, I did my medicals without offices notice, panel physician just typed NVC case number I told him.

I would suggest calling US embassy listed panel physician office you will do the medicals at and ask. That’s the best info, probably if it’s the same scenario as mine you can also archduke a date with them too.
