Adjusting status based on marriage to a person you do not live with is definitely a big issue.

Wow this making us so worried ...what can we do....

Live together.  The facts are what they are.  You need evidence you live together at the same address.  How you arrange to do that is your choice, even if one or both of you does not like the choice.

Thanks so much ...so although I already sent it already to the USCIS and we have separate address and then we live together after I get my social security and we live together .... Is that ok?

I can't follow the meaning of your question.  You'll deal with this in an RFE response, in an interview or both.  The time to ask questions is BEFORE you file.  This problem can be solved by living together. Get on it.

If your wife gets housing such as section 8 , you can not be counted as a member for the purposes of getting a bigger unit or changing the qualifying income but your income is usually added to the household income.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Do you mean you wanna start living together now and after you get your social security number you want to move out again?

I don‘t quite get it but it‘s definitly an issue if you try to adjust your status from B1 thru marriage and then you‘re not living with your spouse...It does look....suspicious

You will need more than a SSN before being allowed to work. Did you apply for an EAD (Employment Authorization)?

If you do not have income, why aren't moving in with her?
