Brining children with me to the US

So my partner and I plan on getting married this September when I’m in the States, my question is when I return to Australia and he starts my visa process can he also start the kids as well? Or do they come under mine?

Any advice/information would be greatly appreciated

if he is a US Citizen, each person is filed separately. for you as spouse and one for each child as stepchild

Yes he is, so I can file each case at the same time? I don’t need to have mine approved first

Yes, one I-130 for each child/stepchild of a USC (assuming you marry the USC before the kids turn 18...otherwise the 18+ kids won't be coming together).
