No NOA after a month of filing

Hello all,

It will be a month on April 16th since USCIS california service center received my husband's application for removal of conditions.Our check has not been cashed and of course we have not received the NOA yet. I called uscis 1800 number and I was told to call back on the 16th. Has any of you heard of such delay? I have an infopass app at my local office for may 21st, will they be able to help me locate the application?

Everyone at CSC is dealing with this delay. CSC is now telling people the wait could be 60 days.

Someone at VJ was told today to call back after they have waited 60 days.

 I would recommend following the April I-751 Filers thread here on VJ.

Yes, unfortunately.  NOAs used to come within a week - and now it is stretching out to months.  I am so sorry for you.

Thanks for the responses. I contacted Uscis today and spoke with a tier 2 representative who confirmed that the fillers for i751 of march and april are in the group of people that could wait up to 60 days for the NOA. I was very worried because the check was not chashed either. So this confirmed that my package has not been opened yet.

my husband green card expires on june 30, so luckily he is in status. I will continue to wait and hope it arrives before june 30 otherwise I don’t know what the procedure is , once you are out of status and the only proof you have about filing your case is a tracking number.

is someone in the same position?
