I sent 2015-2017 transcripts, employee letter, 3 months of paystubs, two i-864s (joint and me) and a few other things. I honestly don't know what I missed.

A few other possibilities:

As you are a student you are not working? Or if you are working but still do not make enough did you also have tax transcripts? If you are not working and did not file taxes, did you include a letter stating your situation and why you were not required to file? Other than the above, I can't think of anything else, except iirc we sent 6 months of paystubs instead of 3 for our case. As I said it can be something stupid, as in they misplaced one document, or it can be something equally as stupid on their part but a technicality their little RFE letter doesn't explain properly, but I'm trying to think of any possibility.

I am a student with a part time job and a seasonal job. I sent all my W2, bank statement, tax transcripts etc etc but regardless, my uncle makes enough to sponsor 6 more people if he wanted to. His 2015 - 2017 tax transcripts all surpass the minimum requirement by double. From what the tier 2 officer said, it looks like a mistake on their part. I'll just have to re-send everything with things bolded and highlighted.
