Help! Incorrect physical address in submitted I-129F form

Upon recently reviewing the petition we submitted my fiancee suddenly realized she might have filled the I-129F form incorrectly with her 4 different physical addresses as follow:

 

Physical Address 1:

Philippines

Aug 5, '13 --- present (4 1/2 years from date petition was filed)

 

Physical Address 2:

USA under J1 visa

Apr 21, '15 --- Aug 30, '15 (4 mos.)

 

Physical Address 3:

USA under J1 visa

Sep 1, '15 --- May 16, '16 (8 mos.)

 

Physical Address 4:

Philippines

Jun 30, '07 - Aug 4 '13 (6years)

 

So the thing is, it is true that her physical address at present is where she lived from 2013  but in between 2015-2016 she was in the US in a J1 visa and her addresses were noted in Physical addresses 2 & 3. Is it clear enough or will it cause misinterpretation by the USCIS? Should we contact USCIS and write a letter to explain how the physical addresses were filled out instead of waiting for a possible RFE?

 

Should it be filled out this way:

***1st and 4th are same address 

 

1. Address A:  5/25/16 (returned back to Philippines) to present

2. Address C: J1 9/01/15 to 5/16/16

***5/17-5/23 travelling across California

3. Address B: J1 4/21/15 (arrival in US) to 8/30/15

4. Address A: 8/5/13 to 4/18/15 (departure from Philippines)

5. Address D: 6/30/07 to 8/4/13

 

I hope to get some help with this as we do not want to risk having an rfe or worst a denial just because of how the physical addresses were filled out. It was an honest mistake
