You seem to want others to spoon feed you through the process instead of doing your own homework.  This is a big mistake.  You and your wife BOTH need to get on the study train.  You may or may not be able to do it yourself without professional assistance, but the process starts with  petitions your wife is going to file.  Since you are from Ghana, she needs to front load your petition with as much relationship evidence as possible.  Lots of visa fraud coming from Ghana.  There is a regional forum to start reading, you you can just google, "front loading of I-130".

Don't rush to file.  Make sure you do it right and effectively.  You also need to determine if your case has red flags, what they are and how to deal with them.  Marriage on the first visit in a high fraud country is a red flag.

How long was the visit?

What is your age?

What is her age?

Are you the same religion?

Her visited lasted for one week. She is 58 and i am 50. Same religion we met online and has been married for the past 2 years and i am awaiting interview date..  Trust me, i am getting all necessary evidence together. I don't know why you decided to use that Language spoon fed.  Has it become bad to try to gather an information for what i am nor conversant with? You may have pass my stage and was successful and with that it looks nothing to you maybe right?

You have HUGE red flags.

1.  Marriage to an older woman.  (Only 8 years instead of 20 or more but still an issue because it's not common in YOUR culture.)

2.  Marriage on the first in person visit

3.  Only one visit for only one week

4.  You haven't been together in person for two years and it will be three before you have your interview.

All the above are huge red flags. Frankly, if it weren't for you having a child about to age out, I would advise another LONGER visit before filing.  If you can do it soon, that would still be my advice.

I never said the study would be easy.  I told you where to start.  Do it.  I told you she needs to do the same study.  Get her to do it.

Nothing about this is going to be EASY.  You are NOT going to like many of the things you learn.  Put on your big boy and her big girl pants and get busy.  Learn what you need to learn BEFORE she files those three petitions.

Would be a miracle to get a visa with that history.

Depending on how they can front load and with what, I agree.

What history you talking about? Most of you guys here tend to discourage people. If you have nothing special to contribute hold your peace.

It's the history YOU gave us and that I described in the post with the 4 numbered red flags.

That post, included a statement indicating you are NOT going to like a lot of what you learned.  NOW you know what I mean.  Those of us who DO know the process, from being her to help hundreds or thousands of others through it, for more than a decade, tend to be "realistic".  This is not to discourage you.  It IS to ENCOURAGE....diligence, which will be critical to your ultimate success or failure.

Pretty special being refused an Immigrant Visa. We can only respond on the basis of the information you have supplied.

Maybe a good time to read the VJ ToS, my Bible should be yours.

It seems all predictions of your becomes how you predict them, then you are Mr. perfect.  I would have been better you make it official to be helping people for payment, what do you think?

Is pretty obvious some of you work for the USCIS, NVC and CO Here.

That may be, but I'm not one of them and neither is Boiler.  People who work at those places are NOT motivated to deny petitions or visas.  They are just doing their job that includes weeding out those intending immigrants who are committing fraud.  Usually they get it right.  Sometimes they don't.

There are two very important things for you in my signature.  One is the anonymous quote and the other is a specific suggestion related to Google.  We really are here to help but, like I said, some of the things you learn, you will not like.  This will neither be fast, easy or pleasant.

You need to know that the set of facts you have provided, match common immigration fraud scenarios.  We are not saying you are committing immigration fraud.  We're trying to teach you how to overcome and succeed.

Excellent idea, I think Quora does that and obviously Patreon.

I always thought it was rather nice of pushbrk to come on here and give free advice considering he gets paid for helping people immigrate. :)
