MY SON WILL BE 21 YEARS OLD BY FEBRUARY 4TH 2018. HIS PETITION WILL BE SUBMITTED BY MONDAY. DO YOU THINK HE STAND THE CHANCE OF APPROVAL BEFORE HE TURNS 21 OR THE DATE OF WHICH UCIS RECEIVE THE PETITION WILL BE LOCK IN?

Is he being petitioned by a USC or LPR?

YMMV

If he is being petitioned by a LPR then no.

USA Citizen. We got married before he turns 18.

Then his aged is locked.

If you are an immediate relative, a VAWA self-petitioning abused spouse or child of a U.S. citizen, or a derivative child of a VAWA self-petitioning abused spouse or child of a U.S. citizen, your age is frozen on the date the Form I-130 or Form I-360is filed. If you were under the age of 21 at the time the petition was filed, you are eligible for CSPA and will not age out. However, you must remain unmarried in order to qualify.

Yes they are. Thanks anyway, it has been resolved already. I was told each of them will get 10 years each,

Yes they are what?  Were three petitions filed?  If not, they will get NO visa at all.  If they were and everything is being processed together, step children of a US Citizen apply for and receive IR2 visas, provided YOU get an IR1. If your visa is denied, theirs will be also.

We don't know if any of you will receive any visa.  We can only tell you what you'll be applying for, and what would be granted if approved.

Again, there will be no visa for your children unless their own separate I-130 petitions are filed.

I WANT TO BE FULLY PREPAID BEFORE MY INTERVIEW. CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE MAJOR KNOWN REASONS OF IV DENIER AND WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO AVOID THEM?

I think you mean "prepared".  Read and study all about high fraud consulates and red flags.  Nobody can prepare you because nobody knows your case circumstances fully except you.

Married to the U.S. citizen will not guaranteed you to have a I.V to your son unless you become permanent resident. Yes, you need to be a P.R and if not the immigration will not approved or granted your son I.V.

Morgan, please let me share my experience to you.I married to the U.S citizen to obtained my green card.My wife filed for me and my two(2)children and I got  approved but not my children, and after I passed my interview immigration gave me two(2)years still my children was not approved until the time I got my ten years before they approved my children and that time my children petition was pending for three(3)years and guess immigration separated my 2 children because younger child was 15 years at the time I got my 10 years and the older child was 19 years they all approved but immigration did processed the younger child first and 19 years child petition was still pending until I became a u.s citizen. At that time 19 years child was 21 years The younger child came here 2years before the older child was here but older child, his case was very very fast less than a year.
