I heard Charles Schwaab will refund any ATM fees

I have Bank Of America, I can't remember if they charge me ATM fees. Seems like it was like 200 peso transaction fee and 10,000 peso maximum withdraw per transaction

I have a Charles Schwab checking account specifically for the no-charge ATM "benefit". I've never had any problems using it in about half a dozen countries.

I use the Capital One 360 and have never had an issue.  10,000 php per transaction is the limit on the machine.  I have taken many consecutive 10,000 php withdrawals without a problem.

I am doing some research I understand you need to open a brokerage account as well.   Was that true in your case?

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

I was at Robinson Mall the one near the Embassy. I was leaving to go back to USA so  I was getting  like 30K peso form a ATM machine in front of McDonalds inside the mall.   I kinda watch over my back so no snatcher tries to make a run at me.

I pull out 30K and this lady with a child whom are both dressed very nice ask me a question, I shrug her off a couple times since I was concentrating on ATM.

Finally when I am done I turn around and ask her what she wanted or needed, I was thinking maybe I dropped something and she picked it up for me.  She stated could I give her some money so she could buy McDonalds.   She is dressed better than me and so is the child, I walked to her and told her what a POS she was, and she should be ashamed asking for money.

The new barangay Kaptain where Rose lives won by giving 100 php to anyone who voted for him. He won by 60 votes. It is a shame how little their integrity means to them. The sold it for $2.00.

Yep, but I haven't ever used it or put any money into it (except maybe I had to put an initial deposit in, but then could withdraw the $, I don't remember). Honestly, I forgot I even had that account until your post. There is no fee/cost to have the account nor minimum balance needed (ditto with the checking account).

I use Schwab, and they refund all the fees.  I have a brokerage account, and the checking account came with it.  I don't use the checking account for anything except to use the debit card overseas.  I believe you get both accounts whether you want both or not.

Finally done.

sometimes fun to beat the Barangay captain at their own game, the one where wife's family lives was trying to use a lowball offer to steal land from someone because they needed to sell quickly and he scared the locals off from purchasing to drive the price down, well worth the $2000 to put that ####### in his place, Tatay likes his new garden

Navy Federal Credit Union.  Get all my fees refunded as well.

I wish I could go with Navy Fed again they are a good bank. Unfortunately they lost money from me due me losing my job and falling behind on a loan. So I can't have a account with them again.
