Go to Thailand, the top end hospitals there are better than the USA at a fraction of the cost. 

 

I’ve had surgery in Thailand after being airlifted from Cambodia. Royals and wealthy use Bangkok International Hospital.

There is always a cost, somehow it was paid for.
