In addition to my first response, please pay attention the RFE deadline and make sure to respond or provide ALL the additional information and documents requested BEFORE the RFE deadline, so that the USCIS officer in charge of your case can go ahead with processing and approval of your case. Do not submit the additional information and documents requested one at a time. Make sure you submit ALL the additional information and documents requested AT ONCE and before the deadline in order to get your case back on track. I would also advise you seek the services of an Immigration attorney in the US, for professional assistance. Best of luck to you. Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you for the advice,right night now me and my husband are waiting for the mail on what additional evidence we need to submit to them. It just make me so sad that after 11months of waiting we got an RFE. But im still thinking positive and praying that its just a simple documents that we need to submit. 🤞

Hi. I just know I got RFE when i went to the USCIS website and login to my account. And I was hoping for an approval but....turns out an RFE.

Don't allow this to break you down. See this as a test that you MUST pass. It's 342 days of waiting for me. Still waiting to receive my NOA2. Did you read my second response to you about the RFE deadline and about making sure you submit ALL additional information and documents requested AT ONCE, when responding back to the RFE?

Yes i've read it. Once we get the RFE letter and depends what kind of documents they are requesting. If its just a simple document that we can provide then we will not get an attorney but if we need further more assistance we will get some help by other people who knows that.

We just received an email today, saying that there was taken action on our case.

 

And on the new website it says that our case was approved, and we will get an email on the next steps!!!!!

Finally the long wait is over!

Finally after 11 months of tiring wait got an approval in the mail. Noa 1 - 29/5   NoA 2 - 1/5.Nebraska service center. Thanks to God almighty .

I got my NOA 2 in early April. My priority date was May/18/2018. Today I got my NVC case number! Woo!

Hi Mike445! how did you get your NVC case number? I got my NOA 2 mid March but USCIS sent it to NVC on April 10, 2018. Did you receive it by email or did you call NVC? Thanks!
