Hi I am sorry to hear about all your trouble . Please read up on my topic created “ Almost In the 300 days club “ . Try to contact different avenues to get a response . The email you received to wait 60 days is an automatic response . I submitted two during this process and was approved one day later after the 2!lnd attempt response

Thank you. As of right now we’re at 307 days.  To be quite blunt it’s really starting to piss me off now. There is NO excuse for this.

It's been 312 days since we filed the i-130... How frustrating!!

How can they be this slow at Nebraska Service Center??!

We are soooooo tired of waiting to get the NOA2 !

It's been over 300 days of wait for me as well. However, I am hopeful that we are almost at the end of this tunnel.

Yeah, that's pretty generic. The site is now saying they are on June 8, 2018 -- I just wish they didn't have those dates on "auto-pilot" and could give us a more accurate and individualized estimate.

This is a list of all the Nebraska May filers here on VJ. I'm sure the list is much longer at NSC. As sunrisecouples has stated, let's just keep encouraging each other and keeping each other updated. We're all in similar boats and this process is not easy. My husband and I celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary Wednesday -- 6,000+ miles apart. It can be difficult, but the hope that all of these firsts will be the last that we'll have to spend apart makes it all worth it. Blessings to you all!! Keep your approval and updates coming!

Hello everyone 😀 I hope you guys got approve soon and keep your timeline updated because it gives us hope to those who are still waiting for their NOA2. My PD is June 4 at Nebraska and my husband called them last week, they said we need to wait up until 5Tuesdays (thats frustating 😭) . They are so fast on getting the money but SO slow when it comes in processing.

Now I’m confused. Which app is the correct one?? I’m going to visit my husband soon and I need to know the correct one to check my status since I won’t be able to check my mailbox for a whole month.

I have these 2 apps downloaded, is this fine?

Hello somebody, today is exactly 10months since my NOA1. The picture attached, is the message I get whenever I check my case status online. It hasn't changed till this morning. Someone should look at it and let me know if that's the same message you receive whenever you check your case status online. I just want to be sure that I've been getting the right message for the last 10months. Thanks.

We tried to file for case outside of normal processing times, and got the exact same response. We have PD 21st of may and still haven't heard anything yet about NOA2. I am hoping, since we both live in Denmark, that the NOA2 is on the way, since it takes a couple a weeks to reach us and that it's been approved, but they haven't updated the website.

But again it's just my dream scenario :)
