So On friday I got a stupid RFE so upset.. After waiting 9 months and 3 weeks and now this just makes everything else longer.. Has anyone had a recent RFE and what did they requested? I havent received my letter yet so i am not sure what they are asking for, but how long to process thr RFE before you can get an answer fro more evidence, an approval or just a denial?

Always advisable to give them what they ask for and all the additional evidence that you have, your spouse can take it to the interview.

If that were the case I don't think they'd have options like "OTHER" and "PHOTOGRAPHS" in the drop down menu. A member here even said a consular officer asked her about some pictures she uploaded to CEAC so I don't think its a bad idea at all to provide additional evidence.

Hello May Filers,

Congratulations to everyone who has been approved and on to the next stage with the NVC. I have been following this topic and my PD is May 25, Nebraska Service Center. It's been 290 days of waiting for me and my wife. Our status on the USCIS is still unchanged. Is there anyone else here with the same PD or PD in May and service center, that's still waiting to be approved?

So that makes 3 of us now. Inorder to keep each other motivated, let's endeavor to keep each other posted here, as soon as we get a Notice of Approval from the USCIS. Also, I just checked the processing time on the USCIS website and the current receipt date for a case inquiry is May 29 2018. Does this mean they are currently on the applications/petitions for that date?
