So its officially 9 months and still says case received.  9 months and nothing yet .

I Understand your pain. Unfortunately Nebraska Service center is one of the slowest service center among  all. I have not even seen any of May PD petition approved in Nebraska; while other service center like Potomac what I see in VJ are getting approved for September end already . Its just a wait game now :(

I am from Canada . My wife is the American citizen.  One day she was like I want to move back home and let's see how we can get u there. I was like ok lol got her a job and set up in a apt . And we sent the i130 away 4 months after we got her set up. I had zero idea or even a hint it would take this long . Was told 5 to 7 months when we first started this . My Canadian wage pays for all of her  living expenses in the usa .  just unbelievable how long things take . Like now I am gone back up to Canada for work I will be back maybe end of April  . But lest I am close enough I can drive takes 14 hr but o well .

Oh okay I’m in NY and I understand that drive to Canada for sure

I never thought I would be waiting this long as well , for the longest time I never stressed it because we didn’t hit six months . We hit 6 months wait time the same month as our 2nd year marriage anniversary( November )  and that is when the anticipation grew . It’s been heartbreaking waiting and my husband is in a high fraud counbtry so for the wait time is extremely long . I spoke to a tier 2 rep and we are stuck in  background . 2 people who been together for years , never been arrested , past the conditional marriage mark yet we are held up from background checks . I try to keep my head up and remain positive but I find myself breaking down periodically not knowing what the future holds . Continue to pray and hope you hear good news soon.

Can’t you submit an inquiry yet ? Or does it have to be over 10.5 months to be eligible to submit an inquiry?
