Im more than happy to announce my husband approval! Noa1 may 25, noa2 January 10/19. Status didn’t change in Uscis site or app. I have noa2 in mail today. They approve husband and step child on the 10 and my other step child on the 11. 😁😁😁😁😁

Status for stepson changed exactly at night, I guess right after the approval on January 10. For my stepdaughter was the same, status change at night on January 11, both the notification was about 7pm. My husband status was not updated, it was always showing name updated July 6. I find out his approval when the letter of my stepson came, a second letter came and I see was for hubby. Today morning I receive a notification that hubby status change to case send to de department of the state, this was on January 24 but status change this morning. For both steps case was send on January 24 too but status change this afternoon about 1:10 pm.

Have any Nebraska May filers had their case "touched" or updated? It seems there are more May filers than any other month (according to the list on this site) than any other months.

Since MAY 4th and nothing yet . We have a massively strong case been married long time. Coming 9 months be able to do a outside normal process time inquire soon see what's up .

How long have you been married ? We past the 2 year mark so it’s good to know when this is all said and done he’ll be provided with a 10 year visa

Update : today I received notification an officer was assigned my case . Hoping to hear some good news soon
