I was one of the few whom sent out the petition  in APRIL but was received by uscis early MAY - May 3rd. Since then we have been waiting and waiting . Its been a tough, emotional journey however I try my best to remain strong , not surprise to find out last night I searched up to 20 cases with the case # similar to mine and all cases where sent to department of state with the exception of three cases rejected due to not submitting the correct payment or wrong form, all of these cases where approved between the time frame of September - November with the majority in November. I pray within the next few weeks my husband and I hear some good news and we can move forward and one step closer to closing the distance between us, we've been married since 2016!

 

I wish you all well, lets keep praying!

Thanks dear, just know you are not alone on this journey i'm a May 14 filer and i got an RFE in november but haven't heard anything from them yet. I am just hoping we all hear something by the end of this month.

Contraz to everyone who is getting approvals I am so happy for u guys but on other side I am here fed up waiting and waiting...  Whats wrong with Nebraska service Center???  Potomac now are approving for August end while Hellabraska is still hanging around in March and April..

So unfair for us whose petition routed at Nebraska..   

This waiting time is killing us..

Try to remain positive I see you have a way to go . Even being outside the normal processing time you could still be waiting like me .

Im more than happy to announce my husband approval! Noa1 may 25, noa2 January 10/19. Status didn’t change in Uscis site or app. I have noa2 in mail today. They approve husband and step child on the 10 and my other step child on the 11. 😁😁😁😁😁

We are in the same situation as you. We received a request for RFE in November and submitted it within a few days but have heard nothing back since. Fingers crossed we both hear something soon!
